Postage
All our items ship free within the UK, we use royal mail 1st class and tracked 24 services which usually take 1-2 days, you can add next day delivery at the checkout for an extra cost if you require your item urgently.
Some items are free next day delivery, it will say in the listing description if it is and you won't be able to select next day delivery at the checkout as it will automatically ship this way.
Dispatch Times
All our items are posted out same day if purchased before 4pm.
Next day delivery is only guaranteed for UK mainland, not highlands or Islands.
Some of the larger items are only guaranteed to be next day delivery if purchased before 11am, please check the item description for full details for that specific item.
Returns
You can return your item up to 30 days of the sale date, items must be returned in same condition as sent out and must not of been used.
Items returned because of accidental purchase or because you ordered the wrong item will be subject to a restock fee to cover our postage costs, this will generally be £3.80 Large Letter, £4.80 Small parcel, larger items will vary, in this case please contact us before returning to find out your restock fee, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be sent once the item has been returned and checked, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method and can take up to 7 days to process depending on your bank and method used.
All items are security tagged with secure ink or permanent marker to prevent fraudulent returns.
It is your responsibility to make sure the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent, using the same envelope/box to return the item isn't always sufficient to protect the item after it has already gone through the system once, so please check the condition of the original envelope/box before using it to return the item.
Any refund sent will be less the postage cost if you paid any postage charges.
